I purchased a new 2012 Mazda 3 last week at Dennis Dillon Boise, Idaho and I wish to provide feedback on amazing service from Mr. Brent Miller (sales consultant). If there is a scoring system for your sales team, I would rate Brent 110% on sincerity, seriousness, willingness to go the extra mile and I would definitely want to do business with Brent again for my future car purchases.

I am writing this feedback because Brent is among one of the finest car salesman I ever came across and he is the main reason behind my decision to purchase a car from Dennis Dillon. His serious and sincere demeanor and extreme patience is something that was often missing at other dealerships I visited while shopping for over a month. Interestingly, he never tried to push his products; there was no small talk or other nonsense stuff to make people laugh, etc. and instead he spent all his time addressing my questions and providing correct information to help choose the right car. I was skeptical of every salesman I met and was constantly cross-checking their answers to identify who is providing inaccurate information. I realized that at every step of my decision making process, whether it was questions on different car models or even price negotiations, Brent surprised me with his willingness to tell the truth as it is and did more than what was expected out of him.

I visited Dennis Dillon many times and on one Friday it was 15 minutes before closing time. Brent stayed back for another hour without ever needing to rush and worked out cost-benefit analysis between Skyactive and sport model. He always did what he said, e.g. if it was calling me back the next day with information, he did so. He was always willing to help, e.g., when he realized I needed to make a trip back home and park my existing car and take a taxi back to drive out my new Mazda, he immediately volunteered to help drive the new car to my house. That was really nice of him.

Being a satisfied Toyota owner, I had my doubts on switching to other cars/dealers and I must say Brent helped make that switch a nice and comfortable experience. If you have something like "employee of the year" award, I would strongly nominate Brent's name as many people doing sales can learn a thing or two from him on how to sell a car!
