Cash Back Guarantee*

  • If you're not completely satisfied with the used car or truck you purchased, you have the option to return it for a refund within 72 hours or 300 miles, whichever comes first.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, and dealership management will inspect it for cosmetic and mechanical damage.
  • Refunds may take up to two weeks to process once funds are verified.

Exchange the Vehicle*

  • Alternatively, within the same timeframe, you can exchange the vehicle for the purchase of another vehicle from our inventory, subject to credit approval.
  • The amount credited toward the purchase of the replacement vehicle will be determined similarly to the refund amount under the Cash Back Guarantee.

Limited Powertrain Warranty*

  • For added peace of mind, vehicles less than 13 years old and with fewer than 175,000 miles come with a 3-month/3,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. (See warranty for details.)

$1,000 Additional Trade-In Guarantee:*

  • Keep up with your factory-recommended maintenance at Dennis Dillon, and we'll guarantee you an additional $1,000 on your vehicle when you trade it in for your next purchase from us.
